Sales Trainer
In this role, you will be working with a motivated team to drive conversions for programs. Your job responsibilities will include:
Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement
Design training curriculum within time and budget limitations
Create and curate training material.
Induct new salespeople into the process
Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses
Monitor sales objectives and results and drive conversion
Coach Team members to handle rebuttals effectively.
Observe sales encounters and collect feedback, results, and performance data of trainees after sessions.
Report on the impact of training programs (e.g. sales achieved)
Maintain updated records of training material and curriculum.
