Our Process

Identify and qualify potential clients who are interested in the services.

Upon client confirmation, collect an initial token amount to secure their interest in the process.

Collect all necessary documents from the client for the application process (e.g., educational credentials, ID proof, etc.).

Prepare and share the completed application form with the client for review and approval.

Upon client approval of the application form, request the second installment of the payment.

Submit the client’s profile for nomination at the respective university for consideration.

Schedule a detailed input call between the client and the biography writer to discuss and gather relevant information for drafting the client’s biography.

After the input call, the writer will prepare and share the first draft of the biography with the client for review and feedback

Once the university confirms the nomination, share the official nomination letter with the client.

Upon receiving the client’s feedback on the 1st draft, make necessary revisions and share the formatted biography for final approval.

Share the official invitation letter for the convocation ceremony once the university provides it.

Seek client approval for the printing of the final formatted biography.

Invite the client to the convocation ceremony. If they are unable to attend, arrange for the final degree to be couriered.

Client information must be treated with strict confidentiality. Ensure that all personal data and documents are handled securely.

Misrepresentation of the product, process, or costs is strictly prohibited. 

Make sure all documentation is properly verified before submission and have to assist the client till they receive their degrees. 

You must not make false promises or guarantees about outcomes or benefits that are not explicitly approved by Aimlay or the awarding universities. 

You will be assigned sales targets related to honorary doctorate offerings. Your performance will be regularly reviewed based on your ability to meet these targets. 

Login to Aimlay’s CRM system regularly to track and manage leads, update client progress, and ensure smooth communication with the internal team. 

Submit monthly sales reports detailing your progress, client feedback, and any challenges you face in the market. 

After the input call, the writer will prepare and share the first draft of the biography with the client for review and feedback

Provide timely updates on sales activities by regularly updating Aimlay management on ongoing sales, potential leads, and challenges through the CRM or other designated platforms. 

Follow up with clients throughout the entire process, from the initial inquiry to the convocation ceremony, ensuring consistent and professional communication. 

The commission will be based on successful sales, and you will be provided with clear details in your contract. 

Fluency in Russian and English is required to ensure effective communication with clients and Aimlay team. 

You will undergo mandatory training on Aimlay’s services, policies, and procedures upon joining, to prepare you for your role. 

Failure to meet sales targets, or violations of ethics and conduct, may result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment. 

Participate in periodic online meetings with the Aimlay management to provide updates, receive feedback, and discuss market strategies and challenges.
