You must not make false promises or guarantees about outcomes or benefits that are not explicitly approved by Aimlay or the awarding universities.
You will be assigned sales targets related to honorary doctorate offerings. Your performance will be regularly reviewed based on your ability to meet these targets.
Login to Aimlay’s CRM system regularly to track and manage leads, update client progress, and ensure smooth communication with the internal team.
Submit monthly sales reports detailing your progress, client feedback, and any challenges you face in the market.
After the input call, the writer will prepare and share the first draft of the biography with the client for review and feedback
Provide timely updates on sales activities by regularly updating Aimlay management on ongoing sales, potential leads, and challenges through the CRM or other designated platforms.
Follow up with clients throughout the entire process, from the initial inquiry to the convocation ceremony, ensuring consistent and professional communication.
The commission will be based on successful sales, and you will be provided with clear details in your contract.
Fluency in Russian and English is required to ensure effective communication with clients and Aimlay team.
You will undergo mandatory training on Aimlay’s services, policies, and procedures upon joining, to prepare you for your role.
Failure to meet sales targets, or violations of ethics and conduct, may result in disciplinary action, including possible termination of employment.
Participate in periodic online meetings with the Aimlay management to provide updates, receive feedback, and discuss market strategies and challenges.
