Exam Pattern for JEE Main 2025

Eligibility Criteria for JEE Main 2025

Candidates must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Education: Passed or pursuing Class 12 with Physics, Mathematics, and one optional subject (e.g., Biology, Chemistry, Technical Vocational Subject).
• Minimum Marks:
General category: 75% in Class 12.
SC/ST candidates: 65% in Class 12.
• Age Limit: No upper age limit.
• Attempts: Allowed for three consecutive years.

Application Process

The application process for JEE Main 2025 Session 1 began on October 28, 2024. Steps to apply:

1. Visit the official website: jeemain.nta.nic.in.
2. Register as a new candidate.
3. Login using the generated registration number and password.
4. Fill in the application form and upload required documents.
5. Pay the application fee online.
6. Submit the form and take a printout for reference.

Admit Card and Answer Key

• Admit Card: Available 3 days before the exam. Candidates can download it by entering their application number and date of birth.
• Answer Key: NTA will release the provisional answer key along with the question paper and response sheet after the exam.

Result and Counselling

• Results:
• Session 1: By February 12, 2025.
• Session 2: By April 17, 2025.
