The loan agreement is solely between the customer and the finance partner, and Aimlay is not liable for any dues or liabilities arising therefrom. For the ease of reference, Aimlay has just referred the Finance Partner to the Customer. The Customer may appropriately at his own free will shall chose or reject the offerings of the finance partner. All queries and issues related to services will be addressed by Aimlay in accordance with their refund policies, and the finance partner is not involved in these matters. In the event of a refund request for services, Aimlay has provided a period of 7 calendar days from the initial date of payment to submit a formal request via email to help@aimlay.com. Service deliverables may vary due to dependencies on third parties, and the payment EMI is independent of the services rendered. Aimlay has only suggested the option of a financial partner, which the customer is opting for independently. Aimlay and the finance partner are two independent entities operating separately. The customer has personally purchased the course and authorized the finance partner to pay their fees on their behalf.
