Refund Policy

At Aimlay Pvt Ltd, we value our clients and strive to provide transparent and fair policies to ensure a satisfactory experience. Our refund policy regarding token amounts and seat booking charges is designed to align with our internal practices while prioritizing customer satisfaction.
Any other applicable/miscellaneous/operational deductions while processing refund shall be subject to the sole discretion of AIMLAY.

Token Amount Payment:

  • Upon booking a seat with Aimlay Pvt Ltd, clients are required to pay a token amount as per our internal policy. This token amount serves as a commitment from the client’s end to secure the booking.  
  • The token amount is non-refundable, as it is intended to reserve the seat and initiate necessary arrangements in accordance with the client’s preferences. 

Seat Booking Charges:

Aimlay Pvt Ltd charges a booking amount of ₹35,000/- for each seat reservation. In the event of cancellation or modification of the booking by the client, the following refund policy applies:

  • If a seat is unavailable, a refund will be processed after deducting operational charges.
  • If the client wishes to cancel their seat, the fees will be non-refundable.
  • If there is a delay in document submission by the client, resulting in the unavailability of a seat, the fees will also be non-refundable.

Exceptions:

Aimlay Pvt Ltd reserves the right to make exceptions to this refund policy on a case-by-case basis, depending on extenuating circumstances or unforeseen events.  

Note:  

  • This refund policy is subject to change at the discretion of Aimlay Pvt Ltd. Any revisions or updates will be communicated to our clients in a timely manner.  
  • By booking with Aimlay Pvt Ltd, clients acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this refund policy.
