Ratan Tata, as Chairman of the Tata Group, led global expansions such as Corus, Jaguar and Tetley while donating more than 65% his shares to charities for human development.
Ratan has received numerous awards, including the Padma Bhushan (2000), Padma Vibhushan (2008), UK's Honorary Knight Grand Cross 2014, and many others.
Ratan Tata leads a quiet life. He drives a Tata Sedan and lives in a modest house in Mumbai.
