Education Counsellors / Business Development

1. Understand the business needs of the client and offer solutions.
2. Achieve business growth and market development across cross section of industries by making corporate presentations to top management and explaining the concept to them (Concept selling),
3. Build, nurture and strengthen relationship with existing and potential clients
4. Participate in Brainstorming sessions for pitch as per client brief and requirements.
5. Think critically when planning to assure project success
6. Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
7. Excellent business acumen and strong written and oral communication skills
8. Proven negotiation skills and the ability to persuade
9. Proven track record in full-cycle sales process (from prospecting to closure)
10. Entrepreneurial mentality
11. Ambitious, highly motivated and self-starter
12. Proficient in Microsoft office
13. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
14. Professional maturity, integrity, discipline and a positive attitude

Salary :- 30 to 40k in-hand

Experience :- 2 to 7 Years

Work from Office, Work from Home & Hybrid as well.
